As part of the Sales Department Relocation project, SLAG was entrusted with fabricating and installing custom stone surfaces for the new Break Room and Storage Room, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of these workspaces.
The design concept for this project focused on creating workspaces that felt both polished and inviting. To achieve this balance, SLAG selected Calacatta Serchio: a quartz surface that combines the refined look of natural marble with the strength and reliability of engineered stone.
Its subtle veining and bright tone bring a sense of sophistication to the Break Room and Storage Room, complementing the hotel’s historic charm while introducing a clean, modern aesthetic.
Every detail, from the precise fabrication of mitered joins to the smooth, eased edges, was carefully executed to ensure a seamless flow across all surfaces. The result is a cohesive design that enhances the daily work environment while maintaining the timeless elegance that defines the Hotel Monteleone.
